Quando fu trovato morto, avvelenato dal cianuro, nessuno fece indagini, trattandosi di un caso evidente di suicidio. Otre all'itinerario scientifico dell'inventore del computer, questa biografia è anche una spy story che fa emergere particolari sconosciuti sulla vicenda.
